DIRECTION BOARD
Ha Duc Manh - Genaral Director
As a partner and owner of Amica Travel, Manh is responsible for all administrative and operational aspects of our company. Manh received a Bachelor of business management degree in Hanoi Commercial University in 2000, and MBA at Nantes University in France. After some years of teaching, he made a career move to the tourism industry. He has travel passion and entrepreneurship and hove to contribute to Vietnam Tourism Development.
PRODUCTION
Tran Quang Hieu - Production Manager
As a partner and owner of Amica Travel, Hieu focuses his attention on product development, public relations, and the execution and operation of all programs. Hieu received a Bachelor of Foreign Language in French and a Bachelor of Law from Hanoi Law University 2005. Upon graduation Hieu entered Vietnam-France Law Cooperation House for 6 years. In 2006 he made a career move to the tourism industry as a tour product manager and culture, law consultant. He is solely responsible for the tour programs in the Vietnam Country side and Northern area.
LOGISTICS SERVICES
Nguyen Thi Thu Huong – Logistics Chief
She manages relationships with travel agency, hotels and airlines and develops travel programs. She negotiates with airlines, hotels and other travel suppliers for discounts, preferential pricing and other benefits that support travel programs and budgets.
Dang Thi Tuyet Chinh – Logistics Staff
She is responsible for all logistics related to tour organizing like booking hotel, transport, and other services. She manages service process and find solutions for ensuring quality and efficacy of service realizing.
Hoang Thu Phuong - Logistics Staff
PHUONG is one young member and active of our team. She knows always how to choose the best service being convenient for every customer. Holder of 2 diplomas of university, fascinated for the tourism, she is an indispensabe part of Amica Travel.
MARKETING
Nguyen Trung Hien – Marketing Chief
A very young, dynamic and capable one. Hien joined us with a lot of experience from his previous works. He throws himself into the job and is always ready to expand the day into the evening with a hope to achieve great success in his career. His main interest is listening to music when reading book.
Nguyen Huong Lien - Marketing Staff
Lien ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and helpful answers, in person or on the phone, enquiries from customers and investigate complaints regarding the Amica Travel's tours, services and policies. She investigate complaints and analyze clients' demands and builds, maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.

Bui Duc Giang - Travel Consultant
Giang is one of the team that takes care of our online booking customers. He himself directly deals with customers through emails or face-to- face meeting. He has traveled a lot as a tour guide, and he is particularly interested in ecologically and culturally sustainable tourism. Pham Thanh Hoa - Travel Consultant
Like Giang, Hoa is also a person in charge of our online booking customers. She gives our guests good advice about their tours or their stay in Indochina . Her wish is to fill your trip with smiles and considers it the most precious award for her dedication. Her main interests are watching movies, traveling and most of her free time is spent with her computer at home.
Luc Dang Huy – Travel Consultant
Taking care of online-booking customers, Luc himself directly deals with customers through e-mails or face-to-face meeting. He has traveled from North to South to discover the beauty of Viet Nam and morever; he has worked as a tour guide. ACCOUNTING
Nguyen Thi Thu Hien – Accountant Chief
Thu Hien works as an account receivable supervisor in the Accounting Department. She sends invoices, receipts and collects payment from our guests.
She has degrees in Financial and Accounting university, and now she's still studying to get higher degree. She likes traveling a lot. A good looking face and a smile for always helps her make good impressions whenever communicating with guests.
Pham Thi Diem Phuc – Accountant Staff
Diem Phuc works as an assitant of account chief. She received bachalor diploma at Hanoi Financial and Accounting university in 2004 and worked in a tourism company before joining Amica Travel. At her free time, she likes traveling and listening musics.

Hoang Ngoc Huan - Chief Information Officer
Huan is a very young and creative man. With an ardent passion for travel and an active interest in e-commerce development in Vietnam , Huan joined Amica Travel as the ideal way to combine his interests. This website is largely the result of his enthusiastic drive and direction.
Dang Quoc Trang - Informatics Staff
Trang works as informatics assistant of Huan. He is the person who brings you the most updated news in this website. He joined us straight from Hanoi Aptech College. Despite having no previous experience in tourism, he has gained a lot of experience from his short time with our team. He is just as a quiet person but you are sure to be excited when talking with him. When he has spare time, he likes playing football and watch football marches.
