Five steps for booking a tour
You decided to travel to Vietnam, but you do not know yet how to realize your project in the best conditions. It is simple: you only do the following steps:
STEP 1. SKETCHING OUT YOUR PROGRAM
To elaborate your program, telle us about your needs and yours wishes through “contact us”. One of our travel consultants will communicate with you to acheive perfectly your project.
If you have a concrete idea, you know well what you want to do to in Vietnam, and you wish to establish an estimate, please fill then send us the request form by clicking on the section "plan your trip".
You can also choose a proposed program by clicking the section "Tours", and tell us your some modifications.
In any cases, we are at your disposal to furnish the useful information and advice. The importance is constructing a program that can reply to your expectations.
After the first step, you regulated your trip. This regulation shows the tour in details: the sites to visit, the services (hotels, restaurants, transportations, guides…) and the total cost of your trip (note that you can always modify this program until the last three weeks before the beginning of your trip).
You wish now perfect your programs through us. Please read attentively our terms of booking before you confide us the making of your trip. You can send us your request by e-mail: info@amica-travel.com, or by fax (00 84, 4) 273 35 04.
We will confirm your request within 5 days if we dispose ourselves to organize your trip. It is to do note that at this stage, we only refuse to organize your trip if we are not sure, considering the exterior circumstances, of quality and our services.
STEP 3. YOUR REQUEST VALIDATION
Sending us your request and you received our confirmation. It means that we are ready to organize your trip with indicated tariff.
You send us then a payment corresponding to 25% of the total cost of the trip, the bank expenses is at your charge.
We will send you a receipt by e-mail or by fax An attached contract compelling our signature will be found with this receipt.
In the preceding steps, you have constructed a program of trip and when you sended us a part of total cost we are chosen as an operator of the organization.
Now, the rest is your preparations:
Purchase of an international airplane ticket: the tariffs that we propose do not include it. Therefore, you will buy it. Air-France, Thai Airways, Vietnam Airlines, Lufthansa propose flights from Europe to Vietnam. It is better to choose the direct flights or the flights with a single stop in order to have a good health in these days in Vietnam.
Once you have your ticket, please inform us immediately the hour and the date of your arrival. If you have difficulties to buy your airplane ticket, we can give advice and help you to buy it.
Visa to Vietnam: You can confide us this task by sending us a request written by email, or you can contact directly to the Vietnam consular in your country.
You should precede as soon as possible these preparations.
- Other preparations: you can obtain yourself some necessary products or books on the Vietnam. For all that, we are at your disposal to give you the information and advice as soon as the validation of your order. - Payment: We accept the payment of the balance of the trip (75%) to the beginning. It is at your arrival to Vietnam. You can nevertheless pay all before coming, knowing that the bank expenses are at your charge.
You wait for now the departure. Before going to airport, please confirm us one more time your hour of arrival.
We henceforth listen to you 24/24 for all problems that can happen by chance.
Try to sleep a little on board because the trip is long. From now, do not worry about anything because a tour guide and a car of Vietnam Amice Travel are at the airport to welcome you and you begin your days with tranquillity. We are in permanence by your side.
